A.L. Wizard has assembled an executive management team of Assisted Living and healthcare industry professionals, financial "wizards", and savvy technology experts.

Rose Lochmann, Chairman & Co-Founder
Rose is the Chairman and Co-Founder of A.L. Wizard. She has served as the administrator of independent assisted living, skilled nursing, and hospice organizations for many years. Prior to founding A.L. Wizard, Rose served as COO and Senior VP of Operations for Integral Senior Living, an assisted living management company located in San Diego, California. She is experienced in state and federal codes and regulations and has advised the California Assembly and the Department of Social Services in assisted living matters. She has also served as an expert witness in long term care litigation.

Ms. Lochmann has a master's degree in nursing administration, is a registered nurse, and has over 20 years of health care experience as an administrator, educator and consultant.  She is a nationally-recognized authority in the design, development and operation of assisted living and residential Alzheimer's communities, and a founding board member and former treasurer of the California Assisted Living Association.  She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a California licensed Residential Care Facility Administrator.

Jim Wills, President & CEO
Jim is the President & CEO of A.L. Wizard. He entered the long term care field after retiring from the U.S. Air Force, because of the positive experience his mother had living the final years of her life in a Continuing Care Retirement Community.  He learned first hand how our independence and dignity is actually improved when we move into long term care settings.

Prior to joining A.L. Wizard, Jim served as Executive Director of Bayview Manor, a church sponsored CCRC in Seattle, WA; Executive Director of Regent at Sterling Park in Redmond, WA; and Vice President of Operations for Woodmark Retirement Corporation.

Mr. Wills has a Bachelor Of Science in Business Administration degree (Hotel and Restaurant Management) from the University of Denver; a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wyoming; and a Master of Science in Administration (Health Care Administration) from Central Michigan University.

Jim is married to Gail Maurer Wills, and they have a son and daughter.

Robert A. Szalkiewicz, CIO & Co-Founder
Robert is the CIO & Co-Founder of A.L. Wizard. He has over 18 years of experience in full-charge computer hardware and software, sales/service, accounting and business consulting. Robert has held positions as an accounting systems consultant and is a Qualified Installer of ACCPAC enterprise-level accounting software suites. He began his formal career as staff accountant and automation consultant and soon thereafter held the position of controller of a multi-million dollar commercial construction company. Prior to this he founded a retail hardware/software and service company. Bob has served as an automation consultant for the Ironworkers Union in San Diego.

He is an expert in the areas of informational infrastructure, quality control, automation training and software development. Mr. Szalkiewicz has been trained by Microsoft, Compaq, DEC, Sun, and Citrix in their latest hardware/software platforms and is an experienced administer of Windows 2000 and NT networks.

Patrice Danaher, Manager of Implementation & Training
Patrice Danaher is the Manager of Implementation and Training for A.L. Wizard. She has over 20 years of experience in evaluating, training, implementing and acquiring technologies. Patrice has implemented software in a variety of multifamily and clinical settings. Prior to joining A.L. Wizard in 2007, Patrice evaluated technologies and structured transactions for Cardinal Health, Inc. Earlier in her career, she opened and managed large assisted living communities in several U.S. markets. Patrice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Duke University.
