Atria Senior Living Group Rolls Out A.L.Wizard to Rest of Portfolio
SAN DIEGO, Calif. - August 10, 2005
A.L. Wizard, Inc., provider of software solutions for assisted living, today reported that Atria Senior Living Group will roll out A.L.Wizard across its other communities. In April 2003, ARV Assisted Living, a public company at the time, was purchased by a subsidiary of Lazard Freres Real Estate Investors, taken private, and then merged with Atria Retirement and Assisted Living. As a result of that merger/integration, the new company - Atria Senior Living Group - adopted several systems used by ARV. The decision to roll A.L. Wizard out to the former Atria communities was finalized in 2005.
